Acts of nature, weather events, or force majeure
Government actions or travel restrictions
Airline or cruise line operational decisions
4. Payments, Deposits & Service Fees
Deposits, service fees, and payment schedules vary depending on the experience or service selected.
Deposits for Curated Experiences are generally non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
Supplier cancellation policies apply to all bookings.
Service fees paid to Travel Krew may be non-refundable.
Failure to make scheduled payments may result in cancellation and forfeiture of funds in accordance with supplier and group contract terms.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies are determined by:
The specific Curated Experience agreement
The supplier’s published cancellation policy
The individual service agreement provided at booking
Travel Krew does not control supplier refund timelines or decisions.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
6. Limitation of Liability
Travel Krew acts solely as an agent for independent travel suppliers. We are not liable for:
Injury, loss, accident, delay, or inconvenience
Acts or omissions of suppliers
Equipment failure or service interruptions
Events beyond our reasonable control
By engaging our services, you agree that any claim related to supplier services must be directed to the supplier.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travel Krew’s liability is limited to the amount of service fees paid directly to us.
