Airfare is not included in the Travel Krew Land Only All-Inclusive Package and must be purchased separately.
Guests may either purchase their own roundtrip airfare or request that Travel Krew assist with arranging their airfare.
If you choose to book your own flight, you are welcome to do so. All guests must provide their complete flight information to Travel Krew no later than May 1, 2027. This information is required to coordinate your included roundtrip shared airport transportation.
Failure to provide your flight information by the May 1, 2027 deadline may result in forfeiture of your included ground transportation.

* Check-in is at 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Resort guests may be required to provide a valid credit card at check-in for incidental charges. Any applicable deposit or authorization is subject to the resort's current policy and will be handled directly with the hotel upon arrival. The deposit/hold will be released after checkout, provided there are no outstanding charges or damages. Processing times may vary by bank or financial institution.
* Traveling to the Dominican Republic requires a valid passport. Please verify that your passport meets all applicable entry requirements and is valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates.
* Travel Krew will not provide a refund if a guest is unable to travel due to an expired, invalid, damaged, or otherwise unacceptable passport or other required travel documentation.
* We suggest that all attendees arrive in Punta Cana on July 13, 2027, before 4:00 PM to allow sufficient time for airport arrival, transportation, and resort check-in.
* It is the guest's responsibility to notify Travel Krew of any changes to their email address or other contact information.
* Please note: If you are arriving in Punta Cana or departing from Punta Cana outside of the scheduled trip dates of July 13–18, 2027, you are responsible for arranging and paying for your own transportation to and from the resort.
