Travel Notes:

*Everyone must reserve with Travel Krew ONLY or you will not be a part of our group or participate with any of our group events!

*All rooms are based on availability at the time of booking. If sold out, you must book the next available room.

* After paying the deposit a monthly schedule will be created. A monthly payment is required.  Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. A reservation that has gone 60 days without a monthly payment can be cancelled without notice.

* You and your roommate must reserve and pay the deposit on the same day. You must also ensure that your roommate, if applicable, is making timely monthly payments. If your roommate fails to make their portion of the payments or can no longer make the trip, a $100 name-change fee will be required to add a new person to your cabin. Otherwise, the remaining guest will be responsible for paying the full room rate, excluding the second guest’s taxes.

* The final payment is due by October 1, 2026. Any reservations not paid in full by this date will incur a late penalty of $100 per person on October 2, 2026. This fee will be automatically added to your invoice. After the fee is charged, the total trip cost must be paid in full within 5 days, or your reservation will be canceled, and all payments forfeited. No exceptions will be made. This policy will be strictly enforced.

* U.S. citizens taking a "closed-loop" cruises (sailings that both originate and terminate in the same U.S. port) are not required to have a passport, but will need proof of citizenship such as an original or certified copy of a birth certificate, a certificate of naturalization, a passport card, an enhanced driver's license (EDL) as well as a government-issued photo ID. Children are also required to bring proof of citizenship and if 16 and over a photo ID is also  required. If a cruise begins and ends in different U.S. ports or begins and ends in a foreign port, a valid passport or other compliant document is required. A valid passport is required if you are traveling on any of our Europe cruises. All other non-US citizens must have a passport for air, land and sea travel. For more information, please visit us at

* Minors:
Guests under the age of 21 must travel with a relative or guardian of 25 years of age or older. Parent or guardian assumes responsibility for any minors they are traveling with and, may not under any circumstances, purchase alcoholic beverages for any guest under the age of 21. Must have a chaperone for every 8 minors. Guests 14 and younger must be booked with a relative or guardian (25 years of age or older) in the same cabin or a connecting cabin. Minors may not be assigned to a balcony cabin without a relative/guardian. Guests 15 - 17 years of age can be separated by up to 3 staterooms from a relative or guardian (25 years of age or older). Guests 18- 20 years of age: do not have any restrictions and may book whatever location they prefer. Must be linked as “Travel With” a relative or guardian 25 years of age or older.

Reservation must be noted and cross referenced.

Prepaid gratuities and/or damage deposits of $100 USD per minor guest may be required for minor groups of 8 cabins or more. Minor consent form 

• When scheduling your flights, please note that the cruise departs from Miami, Florida, on January 10, 2027 (at 3:30 PM local time) and returns to Miami on January 16, 2027 (at 8:00 AM local time). You are responsible for booking your own travel arrangements to and from Miami.

• The nearest airports for traveling to Miami are:
  ^ Miami International Airport (MIA): Approximately 10 miles and 15 minutes from the port.
  ^ Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport (FLL): Approximately 30 miles and 40 minutes from the port.

• When booking your flight to Miami, please plan to arrive no later than 12:00 PM local time on Day 1. You must be at the dock no later than two hours before sail away (2:00 PM local time). You are responsible for securing transportation to the Port of Miami – Terminal D from the airport.

• We strongly recommend booking a flight that arrives in Miami one day before the cruise (January 9, 2027) to avoid delays or the risk of missing the ship.

• Provided that full payment is received by your final payment due date, travel documents, itineraries, and instructions will be sent via email at least 30 days prior to travel. All documents will be sent electronically.

• It is the guest’s responsibility to notify R&S Caribbean Destinations and Travel Krew of any email address changes.
