CURATED EXPERIENCE PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

(“Plan to Go Agreement”)

This Agreement is entered into between the participant(s) (“Participant”) and R&S Caribbean Destinations LLC, doing business as Travel Krew (“Travel Krew”), for participation in a Travel Krew Curated Experience.

By submitting a deposit and/or signing below, Participant agrees to all terms outlined herein.

1. PURPOSE OF THIS AGREEMENT

Travel Krew Curated Experiences are thoughtfully hosted group cruises designed for travelers who want to join a well-organized group without assuming the responsibility of planning or coordinating others.

This Agreement outlines the terms, expectations, and responsibilities associated with participation in the No Worries, Just Waves Curated Experience. Travel Krew provides professional coordination, booking management, and group-level oversight to ensure a smooth, organized, and enjoyable travel experience from planning through sailing.

2. ROLE OF TRAVEL KREW

By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Travel Krew acts solely as an agent for third-party suppliers, including cruise lines, airlines, hotels, and transportation providers.

  • Travel Krew is not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, delays, injuries, losses, or failures of these suppliers.

  • Participation in this curated experience does not constitute a joint venture, partnership, or employment relationship.

  • Travel Krew reserves the right to cancel the curated experience if minimum participation requirements are not met, in which case applicable refunds will be issued according to supplier policies.

  • Prices are based on current tariffs, fuel surcharges, and exchange rates and are subject to change if supplier rates fluctuate.

Participants agree to hold harmless R&S Caribbean Destinations LLC d/b/a Travel Krew, its owners, employees, and representatives from liability arising from circumstances beyond the agency’s control.

3. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES

By joining this curated experience, Participant agrees to:

  • Accept responsibility for personal conduct, health, safety, and belongings during travel.

  • Use legal names exactly as they appear on government-issued travel documents.

  • Remain informed of all travel-related communications sent by Travel Krew.

  • Understand that this group reservation is non-transferable.

  • Maintain valid contact information, including email, for official communication.

Travel Krew is not responsible for missed communications due to incorrect or inactive contact information.

4. EXPERIENCE INCLUSIONS & EXCLUSIONS

Included:

  • 6-night cruise aboard Carnival Horizon

  • Port fees, taxes, and government charges

  • Professionally hosted Travel Krew curated group experience

  • Group coordination, timelines, and pre-sailing guidance

  • Access to private Travel Krew group activities and curated gifts (where applicable)

Not Included:

  • Airfare (unless arranged separately)

  • Travel insurance

  • Gratuities (unless pre-purchased)

  • Alcoholic beverages, bottled water, Wi-Fi

  • Spa services, specialty dining, excursions, or personal expenses

  • Pre- or post-cruise accommodations unless added by request

5. RESERVATION & DEPOSIT TERMS

  • Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • A non-refundable deposit of $250 per person (double occupancy) is required to secure participation.

  • Select stateroom categories may require a higher deposit.

  • Roommate arrangements are the responsibility of the Participant. If a roommate cancels or fails to pay, remaining guests are responsible for any resulting rate differences.

All participants must acknowledge and agree to this Agreement prior to booking.

6. PAYMENT SCHEDULE & TERMS

Accepted payment methods:
Credit Card | Zelle | Cash App

  • Monthly payments are required according to your personalized payment schedule.

  • Final payment is due October 1, 2026.

  • Late payments may result in cancellation and forfeiture of funds.

Late Payment Policy:

  • A $100 per person late fee will be applied on October 2, 2026.

  • After the late fee is assessed, balances must be paid in full within five (5) days or the reservation will be canceled without refund.

This policy is strictly enforced to protect group contracts.

7. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellation penalties apply as follows:

  • After June 1, 2026: 50% of cruise fare forfeited

  • After November 1, 2026: 75% of cruise fare forfeited

  • After December 15, 2026: 100% of cruise fare forfeited

No refunds will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to:

8. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Participants agree not to initiate chargebacks for services rendered or supplier-related issues. Any disputes must be addressed directly with the supplier.

Participants are responsible for any fees incurred by Travel Krew due to chargebacks or payment disputes, including administrative and legal costs.

9. TRAVEL INSURANCE (STRONGLY RECOMMENDED)

Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against unforeseen cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel disruptions.

Even with insurance, the initial deposit remains non-refundable.

  • Travel Guard

  • Travel Insured International

10. FLIGHT ARRANGEMENTS

Group airfare to Miami may be offered separately. Travel Krew reserves the right to schedule group flights either the day prior to departure or the morning of embarkation.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to all terms of this Curated Experience Participation Agreement. I understand that Travel Krew provides professional coordination and group-level management, and that deposits compensate for services rendered regardless of participation outcome.
