Frequently Asked Questions

General Questions

What qualifies as a group cruise?

A group cruise requires a minimum of 8 cabins (16 travelers) sailing together on the same cruise. This allows us to secure group space, manage logistics, and provide the level of service Travel Krew is known for.

Who does Travel Krew work best with?

We work best with busy professionals, group leaders, and hosts who value organization, clear communication, and a professionally managed experience. Our clients want to enjoy the trip — not manage people, payments, or details.

What types of groups do you specialize in?

We specialize in Caribbean group cruises for celebrations, girls trips, reunions, milestone birthdays, social groups, and professional organizations.

Planning & Process

What happens after I book a consultation?

During your planning call, we discuss your group size, goals, preferred dates, and budget. From there, we recommend cruise options and outline next steps. Once you move forward, we secure group space and begin managing the planning process.

Do you handle guest communication and payments?

Yes. Depending on your service package, we manage guest communication, payment reminders, deadlines, and timelines, so you’re not chasing people or answering the same questions repeatedly.

Can I choose how involved I want to be?

Absolutely. We offer tiered service packages based on how much support you want. Some group leaders prefer light involvement, while others want a fully managed experience.

Services & Support

What services does Travel Krew provide?

Our services include securing group space, managing booking processes, tracking payments and deadlines, coordinating group logistics, and guiding decisions from start to sail. Select groups may also add our Onboard Concierge Experience.

What is the Onboard Concierge Experience?

For select groups, we travel with you to provide in-person support, coordinate group meetups, manage logistics in real time, and ensure the experience runs smoothly — allowing the group leader to fully enjoy the cruise.

Can I upgrade my service package later?

In many cases, yes. Service upgrades are subject to availability and timing, and are discussed during the planning process.

Expectations & Fit

Is Travel Krew right for every group?

No — and that’s intentional. We’re best suited for groups that meet the cruise line minimums and value structure, professionalism, and clear expectations.

Do you book individual cruises?

Travel Krew focuses exclusively on group cruise planning. We do not book individual or non-group sailings.

How far in advance should we start planning?

Ideally, group cruises should be planned 9–18 months in advance to secure the best availability, pricing, and perks.

Getting Started

How do I begin working with Travel Krew?
