You will be asked to provide a valid credit card and your passport/government-issued ID upon check-in. The credit cardholder must be present at the time of check-in or a complete credit card authorization form must be provided. Your credit card will be charged a security deposit of $200 USD, which will be reimbursed to you upon check-out. Before checking out, make sure to stop by the front desk to verify any room charges and to sign your final receipt.

*Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM. In our experience, rooms are typically ready between 4:00 and 4:30 PM.

*Traveling to the Dominican Republic requires a passport valid for six months beyond your travel dates. Please take a look at your passport right now to be sure it does not expire on or before January 10, 2027.

*Refunds will not be provided for expired passports.

*When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan. You can opt-out of this program by emailing us at groups@thetravelkrew.com

*Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel.

*It is the guests’ responsibility to notify Travel Krew of all email address changes. 

*You MUST purchase your own flight and provide us with your flight information to Punta Cana before May 10, 2027.

*Failure to provide your flight details by the due date will result in forfeiting your ground transportation.  

*Please note, if you are arriving or departing any time outside of our trip dates and time of July 13-18, 2027, you are responsible for your transfers to and from the resort.
